The Heat blew past the Philadelphia 76ers Saturday night on top of a big performance by Chris Bosh. The, often times, left out big man used a Dwayne Wade injury and stepped up in a big way for the heat who continue to succeed despite some injuries to their main players. The heat scored 25 or more points in each quarter for the game in an impressive offensive performance. The final for the game was 113-92 in favor of the Home team Heat.
Bosh scored 30 points in all during the contest, which helped bring the Heat to 11-4 on the season. Udonis Haslem led the team in rebounds with 10 while Mario Chalmers led the team in assists with 8. The Heat are now 6-1 at home on the season and are proving that they can fill in for injured stars while still coming out on top. This has even been true while facing teams that have good records on the year.
The 76ers were 11-4 going into the game and have been proving to be a team that can make some serious noise in the NBA this year. Lou Williams led the 76ers with 22 points. Nikola Vuccevic led the team in rebounds with 9 while trying to get the team, what would be, a huge victory away against a tough opponent.
As the season continues, the Heat will look to build on the recent successes they have had against tough opponents like the Lakers and 76ers of late.
